2024년4월중순부터 江苏省苏州市常熟에 있는 독일 회사에서 한국어 가능한 회계혹은 출납 한명을 긴급 모집합니다.
- Customer Master creation and maintenance
- Issue VAT invoice for China region and Debit Note/ Credit Note to internal subsidiaries
- Maintain rebate system including create and close rebate agreement
- Responsible for bank statement including incoming and outgoing
- Regular follow up on invoice & arrange refund to customers
- Provide sales report and aging report to ALGs, update process documentation by ALGs
- Review customers Open Items and customers Aging Reports
- Clearing all dummy account
- Clearing of sub-bank incoming and outgoing account
任职要求：
- Bachelor degree in finance, major in accounting finance or related.
- Fluent speaking and writing in Korean, English as a plus
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Works well under pressure and able to handle multi-task, good team work spirit
- Strong communication skills and conflict management
